The feast begins on board. With our La Table dining option, you can enjoy high-end, creative menus in BUSINESS 1ÈRE, and with our Le Bistrot menu, you can enjoy original, gourmet snacks in the buffet coach. Together, they make up L’ATELIER LYRIA GOURMET. You deserve to enjoy your meal in comfort, rather than just gulping down a sandwich on the platform in three mouthfuls. That’s why, at TGV Lyria, we only use fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our chefs redesign the menus each year with the coming of spring and as autumn approaches. Yum!

New: L’ATELIER LYRIA GOURMET

The idea behind our new menu – L'ATELIER LYRIA GOURMET – is a futuristic vision of people enjoying great food while travelling by train.   

On the menu:

  • Le Bistrot (previously Le Deli), located in the buffet coach for all our travel classes, offering original recipes using locally sourced seasonal produce

  • La Table, featuring an exquisite menu now served to your seat for an even more high-end travel experience in BUSINESS 1ÈRE 

This innovative offering has been designed to push the boundaries of culinary creativity, especially for you. Your journey with us should have minimal environmental impact, whether on the tracks or on your plate. So, with the help of countless chefs and food artisans, we have created menus that embrace local seasonal ingredients. Not forgetting to pay tribute to Franco-Swiss produce.

When Michel meets Danny, an explosion of flavour and excitement is guaranteed. Let’s put an end to basic meals on board – it’s time to reach for the stars. 

Michel Roth is a Michelin Guide starred chef, with a Taittinger prize, Bocuse d’Or championship and Meilleur Ouvrier de France title under his belt – and he’s also mentor to Danny Khezzar. 

As for Danny, who is next in line for the top spot at the Bayview in Geneva, he’s a former Top Chef contestant who brings all his youthful and creative energy to the dishes of the Bayview. A quick look at his Instagram account will convince you that you’re in for a treat.

This year, the two chefs have done us the honour of joining forces again, this time directly on board. You’re sure to leave with stars in your eyes and a belly full of delicious food!
