Train delayed, compensation paid

Compensation: the 30-Minute Guarantee

Did your train arrive at its destination over 30 minutes late on a TGV Lyria journey of at least 100 km? With the G30 guarantee you are entitled to a compensation.

You purchased your ticket at an SNCF point of sale

  • Between 30 mins and 1 hr: 25% of the ticket price in SNCF vouchers only 

  • Between 1 hr and 2 hrs: 25% of the ticket price in SNCF vouchers or via bank transfer 

  • 2 hrs or more: 50% of the ticket price in SNCF vouchers or via bank transfer
