Who are the stars of our plate?
Michel Roth is a Michelin Guide starred chef, with a Taittinger prize, Bocuse d’Or championship and Meilleur Ouvrier de France title under his belt – and he’s also mentor to Danny Khezzar.
And as for Danny Khezzar, who is next in line for the top spot at the Bayview in Geneva, he’s a former Top Chef contestant who brings all his youthful and creative energy to the dishes served at the Bayview. Just a quick look at his Instagram account is all you need to convince yourself that you’re about to dine well.
