A duo of starred chefs Danny Khezzar and Michel Roth : the perfect combination

When Michel meets Danny, an explosion of flavour and excitement is guaranteed. Let’s put an end to basic meals on board – it’s time to reach for the stars.

Who are the stars of our plate?

Michel Roth is a Michelin Guide starred chef, with a Taittinger prize, Bocuse d’Or championship and Meilleur Ouvrier de France title under his belt – and he’s also mentor to Danny Khezzar. 

And as for Danny Khezzar, who is next in line for the top spot at the Bayview in Geneva, he’s a former Top Chef contestant who brings all his youthful and creative energy to the dishes served at the Bayview. Just a quick look at his Instagram account is all you need to convince yourself that you’re about to dine well.

This year, the two chefs have done us the honour of joining forces again, this time directly on board. You’re sure to leave with stars in your eyes and a belly full of delicious food!

This year, they’ve both put their stamp on "La Table", featuring an exquisite menu now served to your seat for an even more high-end travel experience in Première Signature.
