Book your e-ticket with complete peace of mind
At TGV Lyria we know that your time is precious. You can’t beat the ease and flexibility of an e-ticket available anywhere, any time.
It’s easy. Start by booking your train tickets:
By calling 36 35 from France, a dedicated bilingual team (French and English) is on hand seven days a week from 8 am to 8 pm (local call rate)
At stations or SNCF shops
At self-service ticket machines
At SNCF-approved travel agents
Via Rail Europe
With an e-ticket, you don’t need to go to collect your ticket. All you have to do is print it wherever and whenever you like, right up until the TGV Lyria departure. And for those scatterbrains among us, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. You can reprint your e-ticket confirmation at home, at the office or at a French station as many times as you like.
💡 Note to self: an e-ticket is in your name and for individual use only – it cannot be transferred to a third party. On the day of your journey, don’t forget to take your e-ticket confirmation and proof of identity with you. You may be asked for them by the train manager at check-in.
Travel (even) more simply: SNCF Frequent Traveller Programme e-ticket
With the SNCF Frequent Traveller Programme, you don’t even need to print your ticket confirmation. Your loyalty card acts as your travel document.
💡 If you wish, you can ask for a printout of your travel information at the time of purchase (onboard seating, departure time, etc.).
Change or cancel your trip from wherever you like
A last-minute change of schedule? Change or cancel your online booking right up to the departure of the train (subject to fare conditions), simply by entering your booking reference number or your full name and date of birth.
💡 For an exchange, you don’t need to print a new e-ticket confirmation.
Specific e-ticket after-sales terms and conditions
If the terms and conditions of your fare allow, e-tickets can be exchanged free of charge up to 30 minutes after departure in the Timetable & Bookings app available on mobile devices or by calling 36 35 from France (local call rate) or +33 (0)1 84 94 36 35 outside of France (price of an international call, not including any additional charges by your operator).
