Every dish from Atelier reflects our commitment to the environment, from local sourcing to resource management or recycling on board. By choosing our trains, you are opting for the most sustainable and authentic option, from departure station to final destination.

Our 2024 autumn/winter menu: satisfaction on a plate!
From 30 October, our buffet coach will be offering our autumn/winter food menu with over thirty new, healthy and richly flavoured dishes.
From our Chicken Club with Tandoori spiced yoghurt, grapes and apples to our Alpine Toastie with raclette cheese and onions, green lentil salad, quinoa, winter vegetables, soft-boiled egg and Swiss Emmental and brookies, there’s something for both sweet and savoury palates.
